1. "Nara Guide Volunteers" tour guides are goodwill volunteers for individual guests or visitors to Nara, Japan. "Nara Guide Volunteers" will offer no tour guides for travel agencies or similar organizations. "Nara Guide Volunteers" may accept or decline the request of tour guide depending on a situation.
2. The contact form to request the "Nara Guide Volunteers" tour guide in Nara needs to reach "Nara Guide Volunteers" no later than one week prior to the date of tour guide in Nara.
3. "Nara Guide Volunteers" tour guides will try their own best effort based on their capacity. "Nara Guide Volunteers" makes no claims or guarantees as to the qualifications or experience of its guides.
While serving as a tour guide, "Nara Guide Volunteers" tour guides will wear the "Nara Guide Volunteers"'s ID card with the guide's name and the yellow-based uniform.
4. Typically, one "Nara Guide Volunteers" tour guide will be assigned for guests or a group of guests up to 10 people. When the number of guests is greater than 10, then, the second "Nara Guide Volunteers" tour guide will be assigned for the guests exceeding 10.
5. "Nara Guide Volunteers" tour guides will make suggestions to best fit to the guest's schedule or desires. "Nara Guide Volunteers" reserves the right to decline guest's request that is deemed unreasonable for any reason.
6. "Nara Guide Volunteers" tour guides are not in a position to make reservations of any event, tickets, etc. on behalf of guests.
7. For support of the "Nara Guide Volunteers"'s NPO management, the guest will agree to pay donation of 100 yen per person for a group of 10 or greater, or a minimum of 1000 yen for a group of 9 or smaller. The guest will agree to pay the donation before the start of tour guide.
8. The guest will pay for the expenses and meals for the "Nara Guide Volunteers" tour guide incurred while she/he is performing as a tour guide. The expenses include public transportation fees incurred after meeting the guest at the appointed meeting place. Guests are not responsible for the costs incurred by the "Nara Guide Volunteers" tour guide to and from the meeting place before and after the tour.
9. The guest will agree to pay own admission fees to museums, temples, shrines, etc. The "Nara Guide Volunteers" tour guides are exempted from paying admission fees to visit most of temples, shrines or museums in Ancient Nara area when performing as a tour guide.
10. "Nara Guide Volunteers" is not liable or responsible for any losses, injuries or damages of guests occurred during the tour in Nara City.
